Famous Missourians

All fourth graders researched a famous Missourian. This means they were either born here, or lived here at one point in their life. Students used the library to find facts about their famous Missourian and pictures of them. The students then used these facts to write a speech in first person telling all about the life of the famous Missourian. We invited classrooms to come visit us to hear our speeches, and even dressed up as our famous Missourian. Here are some quick videos to show the students from room 16, 18, and 19 performing their speeches (they were too long to show every student’s complete speech).
