Science: We will continue to look at transfer of energy during collisions. We will focus mostly on how sound can show how much energy has transferred. We will also begin to define work and can describe how much work has been done by an object in motion.
Reading: We will wrap up Frankie Sparks this week, take the Reading Counts quiz, and wrap our our discussion on how characters change in a story this week. When we return from winter break, we will begin unit 3 of MyView. Students should continue reading over winter break and can take Reading Counts quizzes when they return.
