Monday, August 21st- return Friday Folders and any papers to be filled out
Tuesday, August 22nd- Bookmobile
Wednesday, August 23rd- early dismissal at 2:50 for teacher PD
Friday, August 25th- first weekly reports go home; need to be returned/signed on Monday
ELA: In reading and spelling, we are just starting our first unit. This week we will begin focusing on sight words for first quarter and identify setting, characters, plot in a story. Check out these helpful websites for more practice at home:

Science:
This week we will begin our first unit on matter. We will learn what matter is, and how we can measure it. We will learn about mass, weight, density, etc and end the week making a pretty cool take-home example of density. Check out these sites for more help:
