ELA: This week we are continuing our practice of words with the -edge and -eave sound patterns. You can practice by playing the spelling city games posted on last week’s update. This week we are focusing on comparing and contrasting different aspects of characters in stories: 2 characters, how one character has changed, character traits, etc. Check out these practice activities:

Science:
We are continuing our work on Plate Tectonics and movement in science class. We will also begin our unit on weathering and erosion. Weathering is the breaking down of rocks on Earth’s surface, while erosion is the carrying away of those broken pieces. Check out these practice activities:
