Week of September 26th – 30th!

Welcome to the last week of September! I am so happy the weather has cooled down and it actually feels like fall! I hope you are able to get outside and enjoy this weather with your family. Here are some important upcoming dates:

Friday, September 30th:
-Reading Logs Due
-every student should have passed 1 or more Reading Counts quiz by today on their chapter book
-MAP Test water balloon toss at principal
-Science test: study guides, practice tests, and flash cards have gone home to study with
Tuesday, October 4th:
-bookmobile

ELA:
We are finishing our unit this week for the first quarter. Students are reviewing learning targets from the past 5 weeks and will take the unit test on Wednesday and Thursday this week. Here are some websites to help review:

Science:
We are practicing for our Matter Unit test this Friday. Students completed a practice test on Tuesday to bring home and will be making flash cards on Wednesday that will come home. Please make sure you are spending time practicing every night. Check out these sites for more practice:
